Bamberg University Library is in charge of the central open access fund of the University of Bamberg. The fund covers article processing charges that arise from publishing in peer reviewed Open Access journals.
Dr. Fabian Franke, Head Librarian of Bamberg University Library has agreed to release information on the payments made for Open Access publications at the University of Bamberg. The data set is now available through openapc.github.io as Open Data.

The data set covers publication fees for 16 articles paid in 2013 and 2014. Total expenditure was 15 932€ and the average fee paid 996€.
