The Library Wissenschaftspark Albert Einstein has provided us with data on APC expenditures for the 2020 period at the GFZ (German Research Centre for Geosciences). In addition, the library has also reported cost data on hybrid articles published under the DEAL agreements with Wiley and Springer Nature.

The new dataset covers publication fees for 69 articles. Total expenditure amounts to 131 872€ and the average fee is 1 911€.

Please note that articles published in hybrid Wiley/Springer Nature journals under the DEAL agreement are not included in this list, as they are aggregated in OpenAPC’s transformative agreements data set.
